MK joined Jackie Greene’s annual Birthday Bash at the legendary Fillmore in San Francisco on Saturday night.  He was part of an all star cast including Phil Lesh, Tim and Nicki Bluhm, Joan Osborne, Jeff Chimenti, John Molo, Audley Freed, and Nick Govrik.
