Karan about others- MK at “Twang for Tots” Friday night

Furthur Festival fun

June 1st, 2010  

MK & Jemimah Puddleduck played the Furthur Festival in Angel’s Camp, CA over the weekend.  Friday night, MK joined Furthur in a late night All Star Jam, singing and playing guitar on “Sugaree” with Jackie Greene on bass, Jeff Chimenti on keys, and Bob Weir on rhythm guitar/vocals.

Saturday, JP played the acoustic stage with friends Larry Campbell (*fiddle) and Teresa Williams (#vocals):

Saturday afternoon, JP played the main stage with an electric set:

Ashkenaz & Furthur Festival this week!

MK & Jemimah Puddleduck will play the Ashkenaz in Berkeley on Thursday May 27 at 9 pm.  Tickets selling quickly- get them online while you can.  That show will feature FIRST EVER double drums and double keys with Joe Chirco AND Wally Ingram and Mookie Siegel AND JT Thomas, in addition to Bob Gross on bass and MK on guitars/vocals.

JP then heads up to the Furthur Festival at Mt. Aire this weekend for performances on the Dark Hollow (acoustic) stage AND the Furthur (main) stage on Saturday the 29th. MK, Bob Gross, JT Thomas, and double drums with Joe Chirco and Wally Ingram.  See you all there!
