Trinity Tribal Stomp this Saturday, Caspar setlist

Saturday night MK and Robin Sylvester, Mookie Siegel, and Billy Lee Lewis will be @ the Trinity Tribal Stomp in Junction City, CA for our favorite festival of the year!  We play Saturday night from 9pm-10:30, and Jonathan Singer/Spectrum Visuals will be doing sharing amazing eye candy!  Day passes and overnight camping multi-day tickets are still available.  See you at the STOMP!

Cloverdale setlist, Caspar (Mendocino area) Sunday!

Last night’s show in the Cloverdale Plaza was tons of fun! Oregon this weekend, Cloverdale/Mendocino next

Heading up to the Oregon Country Fair? Check out “The San Francisco Underground Stone Collective” with Greg Anton on drums (Zero), MK on guitar/vocals, Lebo (ALO) on guitar/vocals, and Paul Lamb on bass.  They’re on the Main Stage Saturday @ 3:45-5:45.  For those onsite overnight, you might also see a surprise performance on Friday night late night!

Next weekend Friday 7/15 is Friday Night Live in the Plaza in Cloverdale, CA.  MK & Jemimah Puddleduck (JT Thomas, Bob Gross and Billy Lee Lewis) will be playing 2 sets from 7-8:15 and 8:45-10pm.  FREE SHOW!  ALL AGES!    Sunday 7/17 we’ll be on the Mendocino coast @ the Caspar Inn @ 8:30pm.  Tell your friends on the coast to come down!   Tickets are $15 and available at the door.

next up…Friday w/ Lansdale station, then OCF in July!

Friday night MK will sit in with Lansdale Station at a benefit for the Judge Murphy Wellness Fund.  As many of you know, Judge has been battling liver cancer, is awaiting a transplant, and has incurred a lot of medical costs.  Come out to hear some great music, see good friends, and support a worthy cause.  Special guests Nicki Bluhm, Chip Roland, and Carlos Reyes will also join in the fun!  doors @8, show @9.  ALL AGES.

On July 9, MK joins Greg Anton on drums, Lebo on guitar, and Paul Lamb on bass for a special set (or two) at the Oregon Country Fair.  For those that know this incredible event- it’s more than a fair, it’s an experience.  Look to the main stage on Saturday at 4pm for musical magic.  (Or mayyyybe a spontaneous stage with friends on Friday).

Mark Karan’s Buds will play the Marin Art Festival Saturday June 18 from 4:15-6pm at the Civic Center Lagoon in San Rafael.  The Buds are Robin Sylvester (RatDog) on bass, Billy Lee Lewis (Roy Rogers, Tommy Castro) on drums, and David Phillips (Tom Waits, Charlie Hunter) on pedal steel.  Art, Dance, Music, Food and Wine –A Lawn Party for the Arts.  Over 250 fine artists! Admission only $10.

Thursday, June 16, MK will be sitting in with our friends The Roy Jay Band when they open for Cubensis at Ashkenaz in Berkeley.  Tickets $10, doors 8:30, show 9pm.
